1. Advanced sorting principle
Breaking through the traditional technological principle of washed sand and stone separation, the flow field of materials is optimized by using a variety of grading systems and aero aerodynamics analysis method according to the characteristics of sand and stone industry, so that the operation resistance of equipment is significantly reduced, separation efficiency is improved, and energy saving and consumption reduction is very obvious.
2. Higher classification accuracy
The "eddy current rectifier", which is patented by the state, is used in the classifier. The airflow in the rectifier rises relative to the rotor but does not rotate, and the driving power and system wear are significantly reduced. Materials are repeatedly cleaned in the precinct for higher and more accurate classification.
3. Easy operation
The classifier adopts frequency converter stepless speed regulation, the quality adjustment is convenient, sensitive and reliable and the adjustment range is wide.
4. High classification efficiency
According to the physical and chemical properties of sand and gravel, the range of lifting zone of grading zone is increased to make the material more thoroughly dispersed so as to ensure the grading efficiency.
5. Wear-resistant design is maintenance-free
The main parts of the separator are as follows: disperser, fine material collector, side air regulating board, main air regulating board, multi-channel distributor and other main parts. It is made of imported wear-resisting steel plate, wear-resisting ceramics and boiler steel, which effectively improves the service life. The whole machine has been dynamic balance correction, running smoothly in the range of full speed.
6. The system adopts dual interlock air valve and internal circulation air to effectively reduce air leakage of the system and dust emission pollution in operation.
